Once they arrived, my buddy and I were strapped with a huge repair bill because the entire front end of the car had to be dismantled to get at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, and my friend and I learned abruptly that what my buddy and I were saving in fuel cost was going to be spent on any repairs that needed to be done
My husband works downtown & he has an hour commute each way. My friend and I have considered moving closer to the neighborhood however the homes there are just too high-priced & my buddy and I don’t like the school districts there either. My friend and I have three children & I don’t want to relocate them only to discover that my buddy and I are unhappy with where my buddy and I live. The commute is the only answer for us at this time so he tries to make the best of it. My friend and I bought one of those Hybrid cars about two years ago from a dealer in neighborhood that had a pretty nice reputation. It was a used car at the time however my buddy and I felt it was a nice deal. Most of these cars are not only economical to drive however many would not even know that they are riding in one. However, my buddy and I have since discovered one major negative to the car. Repairs on it are quite high-priced & most of the parts are made in another country. When the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system in the car went, my buddy and I had to wait almost a month for the parts to come in so it could be fixed. The Heating, Ventilation & A/C system works good now & I hope that it never goes out again. If it does, my husband will just have to go without for a while or buy a unusual car.
