AC in the Cafeteria

Since high school, I have listened to people complain about their tasks and talk about how much they don’t like where they work… As a teenager, it never made any sense why they wouldn’t just find a modern task, however now that I am older, I understand their struggle, but personally, I struggle with my task, i work in a factory that makes candles, and it’s truthfully genuinely tough work.

It is physically draining, and by the end of the afternoon, I am so worn out that I don’t have the energy to even fold a load of laundry or cook lunch.

Although it’s tough work, it pays certainly well. I also have made some certainly good friends, and these two reasons are why I am still working there today, however lunch time is the only time that I am able to rest down and get off my feet for few minutes, so that is my number one part of the afternoon. A huge plus to the cafeteria is that they recently added an air conditioning system to it. No other part of the building has AC, so the cafeteria feels like heaven on earth by the time supper split comes. Before they added the air conditioning unit, it was tough to even prefer supper split because of how warm it was in the room, but there were many days when it was so warm in the cafeteria that I lost my appetite and wasn’t able to eat my supper. Having air conditioning in the cafeteria has genuinely helped me to have at least one time at work that I genuinely enjoy.
