The holidays are a enjoyable time for family, but they are not a enjoyable time to be stress free.
I imagine that summer time is a more stress free time, and during the holiday season, my associate and I have parties, the weather gets cold, and our responsibilities increase.
I spend a lot of time cleaning my home and making sure that it is comfortable for my family to come to the home for a visit. It doesn’t help that I host all of the holidays as well. The first thing that goes on my list to get ready is an Heating and A/C tune up. I usually get this tune up in early November. I get it so early because I want to make sure the system is ready and Halloween is the first family party that my associate and I have. During this time I want to make sure that the home remains comfortable for most people and that no one goes unhappy while in the party, people tend to tell me I am a enjoyable host and I believe that it part of the reason. If at any time I feel that there is a concern with the Heating and A/C system I take action. I get right on the iphone with my Heating and A/C specialist and tell them the problem. I never call if there is not a problem. I need to be able to explain what the concern is for him to help me. If the concern cannot be worked on over the iphone, she comes to my home with the soonest appointment that she has. The Heating and A/C specialists are consistently actually helpful and make sure that I am happy with their service. They will not leave until the concern is fixed.
