If you ever harm yourself try using ice & then heat repeatedly for a few mornings & see how it helps with healing. I’ve had several many ligament & tendon injuries & have discovered the secret of healing them using sizzling & frigid therapy consecutively over the first few mornings of the injury. I am doing it now with my knees & today is afternoon one of my treatment plan. I put some frigid bags on them for twenty minutes & then I follow it immediately with some sizzling water bags for another twenty minutes. This heating & cooling cycling seems to really help speed up the reusey time with injuries like this to the joints. I learned this a few years ago from this modern company at a local business & it has proven to labor really well in healing injuries that seemed to be really disappointing at first. I sporadically sit beside my hydronic furnace after icing my knees to get them sizzling again before walking, & it really seems to sizzling them up a lot faster than sitting in front of an Heating & Air Conditioning vent with the central furnace on full blast. I think sizzling & frigid water is the best way to convey heat & coolness to the skin as opposed to using sizzling or frigid air to do the same.
