My hubby & I are currently living at campground down South.
My hubby is great friends with the owner of the campground, & he provided to sell us a nice large chunk of the dwelling for a great price.
My associate and I bought a rundown fifth wheel trailer to live in while my associate and I started the process of building our dream home. The water lines in the camper were leaking pretty badly, & my associate and I didn’t want to take the time or currency to service them when my associate and I could simply use the camp facilities on a temporary basis. Because my associate and I didn’t have water, I wasn’t going to do any cooking for the summer; all of our meals were provided for by the camp. Both my hubby & I were honestly thankful for free food, but by the end of the summer, my associate and I couldn’t of eaten another bite of it if my associate and I tried. Not only was the food a bit bland & unhealthy, but the cafeteria itself was easily hot & stuffy all the time with a lot of funky smells going around. Vince & I discovered a single AC unit in one of the windows, but that was all they had. My associate and I always tried to kneel as close as my associate and I could to the a/c, but it never seemed to do much. The air that was blowing out of it was cooler than the air in the building, but even when it was set on high, the little unit couldn’t easily make much of a difference. My associate and I just finished building our new home, & I couldn’t be more thankful to have working a/c throughout the entire house. Air conditioning makes eating in on a hot Summer afternoon so much more pleasant.
