It’s one thing to get to getaway in your favorite spot year after year. My fiance and I were so lucky to get to do that. We undoubtedly did our family getaways near where my associate and I fell in cherish on Springtime split all those decades ago. Those early years, when the teenagers were small, were magical. We were all stuffed into one motel room with one of those great, big air conditioning units that sticks out of the exterior wall. Yet, those getaways were some of the best memories my associate and I made as a family, then our teenagers are grown now and having teenagers of their own. Our children are sort of spread across the country so my associate and I easily didn’t have much reason to stay in our home regions. So my associate and I replaced the residential Heating and A/C, put on a new roof and sold the site. We got asking price which was unbelievable. We were retired, about to be homeless so my associate and I decided to move to where my associate and I constantly getawayed, and how’s that for bringing it full circle? Yet, my associate and I have much better accommodations than my associate and I did when my associate and I could barely keep the teenagers out of the pool or the ocean. These mornings, we’re in a nice little home with perhaps the best quality heating and air that I’ve ever come across. When my associate and I bought the site, my associate and I were able to negotiate a rock bottom price by being willing to upgrade the Heating and A/C equipment ourselves. Actually, that worked out wonderful for us on a couple of levels, and for sure, getting a vastly reduced price was awesome. But my associate and I both easily wanted to have the absolutely latest in residential Heating and A/C with all the Heating and A/C technology my associate and I desired. We couldn’t be happier with our new home in what feels like an old address.
