It takes away from the nice appeal of the house for sure
Just this past weekend my wifey and I went to look at apartments. She is moving to the area so my friend and I went to look at apartments for him and her friend. They both plan on moving here sometime in the early summertime. My associate and I got to the house and I would say it was actually actually nice. It seemed like a stadium that I could envision them residing there. My associate and I walked in and were warmly welcomed right in. The temperature in the house had seemed just right. My associate and I did not feel the need to even ask about the Heating and Air Conditioning system. My associate and I could clearly tell that it was in correct working order. My associate and I noticed the temperature control right on the wall. My associate and I played with it a little moving it up and down. My associate and I even took into consideration that it had been actually chilly outside. It was currently the middle of winter, so, my friend and I were expecting the stadium to be warm as it should be in winter. It definitely was too. My associate and I have seen multiple apartments that when my friend and I walked in they were so cold. It was as if they did not care to turn the heat on for the showing. However, this stadium had seemed perfect. My associate and I told them my friend and I were actually interested. My associate and I even thanked them for having the heat on. If the temperature does not feel right as soon as you walk through the door, openings are it is a bust. It takes away from the nice appeal of the house for sure. If anything makes a loft feel more comfortable it is definitely an Heating and Air Conditioning system.
