Just this past weekend my boyfriend as well as I went to look at apartments. He is moving to the part so we decided to go to look at apartments for him as well as his friend. My associate and I noticed the temperature control right on the wall. My associate and I played with it a little moving it up as well as down. My associate and I even took into consideration that it had been truly chilly outside. It was currently the middle of winter. So, we were expecting the place to be moderate as it should be in winter. It definitely was too. My associate and I have seen multiple apartments that when we walked in they were so cold. It was as if they did not care to turn the heat on for the showing. However, this place had seemed perfect. My associate and I told them we were definitely interested. My associate and I even thanked them for having the heat on. If the temperature does not feel right as soon as you walk through the door, possibilities are it is a bust. It takes away from the good appeal of the home for sure. If anything makes a home feel more comfortable it is definitely an Heating, Ventilation & A/C system.
