I need to find a drugstore nearby plus get some ibuprofen for my knees because I played a bit too much volleyball yepterday after running a lot of miles the night before.
My knees are grinding quite a bit, plus have been for the past many months, so I guess I am going to have to rest them more plus chop back on all of the volleyball plus running I have been doing lately.
I guess if I just rest them they will reclaim plus I will be wonderful again. I may take some supplements to help as my heating plus cooling system buddy told me to do one afternoon while cleaning some air duct in a home near where I live. I noticed back then that my knees were grinding a bit more than normal, but at least they weren’t in pain like they have been these past few months. The local supplier sells collagen plus other herbs that are supposed to be wonderful for the joints. I lift a lot of heavy air conditioners plus tepid water furnaces plus have to carry them up stairs periodically, so having wonderful working knees is pressing to keeping my job at the Heating plus A/C business. I guess they will be unbelievable with some rest however I am going to have to take some pain meds, over the counter ones, for the next few days to stop the pain so I can function somewhat. I have to labor on a heat pump next week for my friend’s Heating plus A/C unit, so they need to get better soon.
