There were a couple days that my associate and I absolutely decided to sleep outside under the stars because of how hot our condo was.
Ever since my associate and I were young, my hubby & I have loved to take our little family to Summer camp, but each year in June, my associate and I pack up our things & head off to a week of relaxation. I cherish that I don’t have to cook for an entire week, & the kids have activities of their own while Vince & I have some time of rest & rejuvenation. Our kids cherish Summer camp just as much as my hubby & I do. They cherish to spend time with their friends that they don’t get to see honestly often. The only thing that bothers all of us about camp is that there is no a/c. My associate and I are spoiled having central a/c throughout our entire house, so my associate and I are not used to being in the heat 24/7. The hardest part is night time. Even the kids have a hard time sleeping because of the heat. There were a couple days that my associate and I absolutely decided to sleep outside under the stars because of how hot our condo was. Vince & I decided that next year my associate and I were going to bring our own window AC unit for our cabin, so that my associate and I would at least be able to get a great night’s rest. The kids are completely supportive of the idea & want to pitch in to help purchase a couple window units just for camp season. Hopefully, my associate and I will be able to purchase the window units in time for next camp season because it would add a whole new level to our little camp getaway.
